PDF uploaded OK yesterday. But noticed that bot was only retrieving the contents page, not the rest of the PDF. Tried uploading again and got first 2 errors above. Started to suspect it may be the 2 column layout so changed ot one column but that failed to load. Loaded a smaller PDF and that uploaded fine.
