I swapped out the interactive avatar key, but got the following error upon trying to save. I'm on the paid plan, and the previous avatar key was working.

HeyGen: Concurrent limit reached, please upgrade your plan for formal usage.

Hi Coltrane,
Looks like the error comes from the HeyGen API - potential cause might come from following:
- are you HeyGen paid user? If yes - is that the "creator" plan or you also have API plan bought?
HeyGen might still see your Sensay account associated with the previous API key, so as the error msg suggests - you might need to wait, or it might require upgrading to paid plan in HeyGen
